Our preferred shipping method is by US Post Office "Priority Mail".

Our Return Policy:

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Special orders and custom orders are non-returnable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
